Using Railwatch’s public website, API, and assistant connection.

What Railwatch provides

Railwatch provides train schedules and available tracking information for personal travel information. It does not sell tickets, change reservations, or operate trains. Railwatch is an independent service and is not Amtrak.

Check time-sensitive information

Data can be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable. Estimated times can change. Check Amtrak and station announcements for boarding, cancellations, and travel decisions. Railwatch does not guarantee a connection, arrival time, or continuous service.

Use the service responsibly

Respect request limits. Do not try to bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Use public lookup fields for train questions; do not send secrets, payment details, or private passenger records. Availability and features may change.

Assistant connections

Your assistant provider controls installation, permissions, and how answers are presented. Railwatch supplies public lookup results. A connection does not itself start background monitoring or notifications.
